The Ozone Dynamic Test Flexometer assesses the ozone exposure resistance of rubber products under dynamic loading. This laboratory tool supports measurement of dynamic strength on elastomeric materials in accordance with ISO 1431-1, ASTM D1149, and SAE J1401.

A 10-position specimen holder, insertable into the ozone chamber, allows testing of up to ten specimens in the same session at 3–30 cycles/min, improving throughput and comparability. The touch-screen interface sets oscillation count and frequency; the flexometer stops automatically at the programmed values for controlled, repeatable performance.

To match diverse measurement requirements, the instrument offers mechanical adjustment of clamp spacing (50 mm default) and moving clamp travel from 2.5 to 30 mm, equivalent to 5–60% on a 50 mm specimen per the standards. This ensures precise reproduction of specified conditions and reliable verification of resistance under representative dynamic exposure.

Support for dynamic test 
Device, in compliance with ISO 1431, ASTM D1149 and SAE J1401, to be inserted into test chamber for the study of ozone resistance of cured rubber under dynamic conditions (from 3 to 30 cycles/min - 0.05 to 0.5 Hz).
Up to 10 samples can be tested at the same time


Control Display 
The instrument's Touch-Screen Display allows you to set:
• The number of swings to be made
• The Oscillation frequency

The instrument will stop automatically when the set number of oscillations is reached




Adjustment of instrument displacement 
The instrument allows the mechanical adjustment of:
• the distance between the clamps for fixing or specimens (default 50 mm)
• the stroke performed by the mobile clamp: from 2.5 to 30 mm (between 5% and 60% for 50 mm specimen in accordance with the standards)


Insertion into the Test Chamber 
The Dynamic Tester is inserted into the test chamber using the motorized winch.
The same winch allows you to lift the device to check the condition of the specimens.

The lifting winch is controlled by the interlocked safety device which inhibits its operation if the ozone concentration inside the chamber is above the safety limits (10 pphm)

Applications
